White Line Lofts (Des Moines Tire Company)

Built for DM Tire company  by 1920 was occupied by the Whiteline Transfer & Storage Company

White Line Transfer and Storage Company, was founded in 1880 by Pleasant J. Mills.

The structure was converted in 2005 (finished in 2007) to 58 units by InVision Architecture.  Units range from 550 – 4000 square feet

Brick infill walls were removed and replaced with floor to ceiling glass walls.

Two additional floors were added to create penthouses and a party deck.

A fitness center is also incorporated.

Below ground and above ground parking is available.
