- Used for professional, adult and continuing education classes in traditional and tiered classrooms seating 16-80 students. There is also a radio station and ICN Classrooms.
- The transparent exterior skin with interior circulation and common areas along the perimeter was used to promote interaction with pedestrian-oriented environment of the Western Gateway Park.
