This building houses the Iowa Superior Court, the Iowa Appellate Court, Clerk of the Court, Court-Appointed Special Advocates, and general administration.

The 123,800 SF building includes an interior atrium and a 100 foot tall rotunda. The rotunda is capped by a patinated copper dome wrapped in clerestory windows.

Construction cost: $27,242,000
