Unified design for two owners operating each half of the facility independently while sharing elevator and stair access and skywalk connection.

Construction Cost: $24m ($27.7 million in 2012 $’s)

Materials: Cast in place post-tensioned concrete structure clad with colored pre-cast concrete and glazed curtain wall. Black granite for grade level planters was salvaged from Des Moines (now Neal Smith) Federal Building.

Design Goals: Contextual with surrounding buildings, expressed as a ‘building’ and to conceal vehicles, it facilitates north-south pedestrian access and safety.
