Two story, 31,300 square foot tenant building

Masonry was an obvious choice for this project due to its location and need to blend in with the existing historic buildings of the East Village.

The biggest challenge to overcome during this project was also its biggest success; that is its compatibility with the remainder of the historic neighborhood and keeping consistent with the detailing used on surrounding buildings.

Returns the idea of the 1890’s storefront buildings.
