Built in 1985, the building was constructed in two phases; the first four stories completed in 1985, and the final six in 1990. Designed by Charles Herbert & Associates, it is Post Modern with granite cladding and sidewalks. The first four stories have a cast-in-place structural frame. The upper six have a lighter steel frame. The skylight from the fourth level was relocated to the top when the second phase of the building was created.
